Then i formatted the pc using the USB backup created with Dragon Center. Yesterday i did everything suggested (also BIOS update, EC update and EC reset, 'clean remove and clean install of Dragon Center and SDK' etc) but the problem was still there. I'm repeating what i've done, maybe it can help:
Moreover, after i noted that the missed tab was active again i enabled Dragon Center for autostart, did a system restart and the tabs are not missing anymore.
